Seriously I can't remember

Dear friend,

Call it the blessing and curse of the "aphasic event". I know. They call it a stroke. But I seriously can't remember who said what to whom. Personally I'm thankful for that. I'm not tied. But I know many are. Including you. I certainly don't judge you for that. We're just different. Please understand, I'm not trying to minimize your feelings from those moments. I just have none. For me it's a blessing. Maybe for you it appears as a curse. Life is like that, sometimes. I grew up in a family that remembered EVERYTHING. And was truly stunted in their ability to love, because of it. Again, my story, not yours. But perhaps something of which you may want to be mindful. Because in the dance of life, frustration is normal. Anger is OK. But bitterness? That third step in the dance is going to be ridiculously hard to dance your way free. And Freedom is certainly my prayer for you.
